NXT has the same issue though. I was using it before I switched to Zaino. It would only last me about 2 weeks and I'd find myself having to reapply. Looked GREAT when it was fresh though, just couldn't last at all.

For black cars, nothing beats Meguier's. I use all their products. The only
thing I don't like of their's are the Interior Wipes. They don't give the
interior a good enough shine.

I want to try the Ice before the summer is up and see what it looks like.

How does the Ice interior stuff look? Anyone got a pic?

Mother's California Gold Carnauba wax, Tried Zymol a couple of times, Pricey $15.00 a bottle and goes on fairly quick but doesn't appear to bead-up or polish as well as Mother's.

Since I have swirls and such, I was planning on using some rubbing compound on my car, then going over it with a nice coat of wax. Is this the correct way of doing it? I know rubbing compound removes swirls and oxidation.

u should always go from least abrasive to most abrasive.

start off with a polish
and if it isn't good enough, use a stronger polish
also u can change up the type of pad u use (finishing/lite,med,heavy cutting/etc)
