I am trying to change the fuel filter on my 95 ST. I got the top nut off. I was then able to get the bottom nut loose (or so I thought). It jams up whether I turn it clockwise or counter clockwise. It will get maybe a turn and a half and freeze up each way. I am pretty sure I need to turn it clockwise (looking down on it) that is how I got it loose in the first place. I can't get it to budge. The fuel filter turns freely on the fuel line. Any help would be appreciated. As of right now I have no way to get to work in the morning. I really need to get this done asap.
