lol anyways heres the deal---i didnt tell my mechanic i bumped it on a curb and he thought the people who fixed my axle didnt put the fluids in some part so they towed it into my mechanics friends shop and they said they would put it in a rebuilt transmission for $900 CHEAP!!!! and fix it- while they were fixing it they said one of the axels were different from the other....... and said that the place i took it to didnt get the right axles for my car.......k **** this is weird now bc they dont know i bumped into a curve- i told them it just randomly started happening.....is this legit? help!1!! I'm positive that they wouldn't think anything less of you if you told them that you had hit a curb, and now, by not doing so, their diagnosis is way off. instead of looking for bent and broken parts, they're looking for mechanically failed parts. You could spend $900 on a transmission...... and still have all the same problems. It's unlikely it's your transmission. I would tell them what actually happened. -------------------- 94 GT - Sold -------- 69 Pontiac Lemans - Sold 88 Alltrac - Sold ---- 04 WRX - Sold 00 GT-S - Sold ------ 91 Miata - project/drift car 95 GT - Sold -------- 96 GT - New Daily Drive |

I took it to my mechanic and said the steerings still ****ed and he asked me if i bumped into a curve and i said yeah.....he now has the car and now ill wait and see =p |
