I really like that one for a cover shot, you could crop from the car at the very end that's not a celica with the person standing by it, or brush it out

Hey GriffGirl... I was wanting to submit a pic but I can't find a server that will let me upload and keep the larger size. Could I email the pic to you? I also wanted to see if someone could touch up some of the paint on the front bumper with PS.

I have a question about shipping? How is that going to work for the majority
of the people are in the US. Is it going to be a mass shippment from UK to keep costs down?
Who will eat the ones not sold? I can't see paying 18.00 or so for the calendar then
10.00 or whatever for shipping.

thanks Griff I was posting examples to show that there are so many great pictures and they are being missed...I dont have the software to touch up the picture lol but if someone could do it or I think Jason took it I could try contacting him..

If I do them, they will be around $22 plus $6 for US shipping. They will be manufactured in the US and shipped direct from the print company to each individual purchaser in reinforced calendar mailers. 11x8.5 ring bound with 14 pages (front cover, 12 months, back cover). The print company has no minimum order and the $22 reflects that cost so even if only one is sold no-one is out of pocket. The print company directly and there is no back-hander to me, anyone connected to me or anyone connected to 6gc. If I can secure a cheaper price with the print company, I will.

Having said all that, GriffGirl has already offered to look after the production side. I think that anyone that got a calendar last year will agree that the calendars that she and playr158 put together for 2008 are excellent qualify and beautiful - limited only by the quality of the source photos (which is why very high megapixel images are so important). I believe that GriffGirl produces the calendars in batches so the price is likely to be a bit lower ($21 inc. US postage last year but might need to be a little higher this year to cover increased material costs).



I've received new pictures from 95celgt (DEATH's car), 95st-celica (aka crashjoey21), Comadave. All are replacement entries. I'll update deviantart this evening.

So... you mentioned only US shipping... what about shipping to EU? And payment methods? Paypal? Thanks for additional info.

I would submit it but its not my picture and I dont no about all the cropping stuff and the size and blah blah..We def need more pics imo..I sent Jason a message I hope he gets to check out this thread and hopefully submit some pictures

i could ps it when i get home. im in school now in software class and we dont have ps on the comp. it'll be an easy fix

Wow I haven't been to the Palisades park in a long time. Nice shot of the GEO bridge and NYC.
Oh and the St204's too.

soo........not to be a jack*** but most of the pics that were sent (including mines) aren't really to what i think is calendar material
