so are ya'll still wanting to do a track meet in october too or just do this hill country run with the supras?
basically what i am trying to say is we can only make 1 meet so if ya'll want to put the track meet on hold till spring we can see about making this supra meet.
what do ya'll think?

You can most likely count me and Panda in. I have weekends off now, and no longer a night rider so i should make this. However, if i blow my tranny again, not only am i never going to Austin again, but i want all the houston crew to tow me back with their celis. That would be awesome! LOL

ok, i talked with joe & we can come down for this meet in the MR2 & then we can reschedule the track meet for next spring if that is ok with everyone here.
R2's body is a mess being many different colors - the interior & engine bay are nice at least.
he can certainly embarrass quite a few cars out there with the way he looks but gets up & goes wink.gif

we're just kinda short on cash right now having to buy parts for Vadar so that's why we can only do 1 more meet this year.

Sounds good to me. I may do the track solo to get some experience and tweak a few things on the track anyway. biggrin.gif

your wife doesn't get carsick does she? lol tongue.gif
will be interesting to see if you can stick to R2's tail in the twisties this time around like you did to Vadar's tail last time zero.
he's got a fully built suspension, clutch type TRD 1.5 way LSD & is a tad bit lighter wink.gif

I took her for a ride about a week ago on an amazing road nearby, lots of tight curves and hills. Lets just say when we came to the end of the road she took a very deep breath and released the door handle and the side of her seat with her other hand. wink.gif
I dont know about keeping up with you in r-2, i had a friend that had a 92 and it handled like crazy. Although my car does have a couple of extra goodies on it now, front and rear strut bars and an awesome set of 225/45's, and you know my jdm tails ad alot of aerodynamics to my car! laugh.gif

I'll do my best, it'll be fun just to see everyone again! biggrin.gif

You know I always said you were the guy in ya'lls relationship - others wanted to say it was Panda. tongue.gif

This time the car is in much better shape and the boost will be up to 12-13psi by then so biggrin.gif

LOL! laugh.gif

yeah our MKI MR2 aka R2 is coming down this time around.
Vadar's asleep for the fall & winter he will awaken in time for a spring meet with upgrades wink.gif

hmm 12-13psi on Elise - definitely more fun than 8psi. R2 is running about 13psi right now too biggrin.gif

nice upgrades zero, esp. the jdm tails!

R2 has tokikco 5 way adjustable struts, suspenion techniques springs, GAB Hollow front & rear sway bars <--only set in the US i know of
TRD bushings all the way around, twosrus front sway bar endlinks, tworus rear adjustable tie rods & alignment set to TRD Stage 1 Specs
and the TRD 1.5 way clutch type LSD.
he's wearing some 14" Forged BBS rims from a Miata that weigh 8lbs each without tires. i've just got Falken Ziex's on there - got a set of Azenis on some 15" Rota rims but those tires are good for burnouts & donuts no tread left on 'em lol

we've had him longer than Vadar so his suspension was done before we even did the 4agze motor swap.

this is going to be a fun meet biggrin.gif
