Hey guys need some input on something I just wanted to know if you guys think its worth doing the major maintenance on my 5sfe for around 1k just for parts or do you guys think its better saving it for a swap ??

Right now whats needed to be done on my motor:

1. Timing belt and pullys etc...
2. Head gasket, head bolts, valve cover gasket etc...
3. Exhaust manifold gasket
4. Maybe the Water pump
5. Maybe oil pump too
6. Driver side Axle
7. Tranny rebuild
8. Might need a new cylinder head too

Pretty much a rebuild you could say...so what do you guys think ??

On top of motor work a tranny rebuild. F that. If its your DD get a new 5s. If you want to drive it to the ground then save up for the swap. Or you ca buy my car. Give me your car plus 4,000 cash and shes yours.

When do you plan on opening "blizzard tunning" ? I want to swap for sure I know that, I don't know why you would want to trade with me lol that swap must of set you back pretty bad. I just saw this too damn.....

hey will, how did you shut the hood on the gt-four front end? dont you need a gt-four latch or something?

I just close it until I here the click. You don't need the jdm gt-four latch to close it. It just makes opening the hood a bitch and Greg and John knows what I'm talking about.

Remy, Blizzard Tuning won't be officially open until 2 years from now. But I will definatly do work for people if they need. I'm taking up welding right now so I'm going to try to be one bad azz fabricater.

when blizz tuning is actually up and going, I could prolly do some part time welding for you (if im still in MN) Ive got a good 5 years of practice in it TIG, MIG, ARC, and oxy-acetylene.

and Brad if you see this, I might have some PC parts i want to get powdercoated. I'll talk to you when it gets closer to completed

Please don't. I would spend the money else where than the gt-four front. Use it to buy the motor. You can easily pick up the 2nd gen motor for about the same for a new gt-four front end plus paint.
