They're in my car right now - I will package them up and hopefully get them all shipped today. I'll post specific details at the end of the day though.

EVERYONE'S order went out today - you should all have gotten an email from UPS with the tracking number, with the exception of the Canadian addresses (sorry guys, it's $30 to ship UPS to Canada). ALL orders should arrive next week, including Canadian deliveries.
If you did not get the email, please check your spam folders. If you STILL haven't gotten it, PM me and I will forward you your tracking number. I know it's three weeks later than when I was hoping to have these out to you - but with hurricane Ike, I wanted everyone to have the opportunity to still be included in the order. Thanks again for your patience. -------------------- |

wait.. were the canadian orders shipped yet??? is it possible to get them shipped USPS??? Canadian orders WERE shipped USPS - sorry I didn't clarify that, that's what I meant when I said except the Canadian orders about being shipped via UPS. That I couldn't ship them UPS because it was $30, so they went USPS. They still take about a week from Oregon to arrive. The customs declaration forms are marked that they're gifts, by the way. -------------------- |

I've gotten a few emails/PMs from people interested in getting in on a second round now. Let's have this batch go until November 28th to try to get them in your hands by Christmas (barring any more weather catastrophes)

Sha zam. Our friend Culp has helped out in my absence yesterday:
Along with the bulb ( each ) there is a black rubber ring that holds all the wires together. there you'll find a big plug that fits on the ballast, the ballast has 2 small plugs that fit to the 2 small ones on the rubber ring ( bulb ) then there is only one side left to do, depending on the application, it may be plug or 2 wires with plated terminals, those go to the stock harness on the car, for a H1 application, there will be 2 wires, red ( + ) and black ( - ) the terminal plug into where the original H1 bulb used to go. at this point, turn the head lamps on and let there be light ! -------------------- |

Got my kit and installed it within twenty minutes! GriffGirl, you are awesome! The shipment went perfectly and I am currently looking for the funds to buy TWO SETS. I will need one for my brights and some hi/lo's for a 1990 Celica w/ flip-up lights.
I must admit... The installation is 100X easier than I ever could have imagined! You remove the old bulbs, install the new ones, connect the power lines to the ballast and new bulb, mount, turn on, and enjoy! Much more blue than I had anticipated, I must admit, but I am still EXTREMELY happy! For the price, for the wait, for everything: it was all worth it! Two questions for those regarding installation: what do you do with the black rubber (I just left mine to float and used wire ties to manage the wires neatly) and where did you mount the ballasts (right one was stuck to the wheel well, the left one is resting between the airbox and battery for lack of knowledge on a better location). I mounted mine undernead my injen air intake for the mean time until i find a better location. for passenger side one, i mounted it behind by high beam and ziptied it to the relay box and with another zip tie to the window washer fluid tube. That sucker aint moving anywhere.

hmmmm...
I'm thinking of possibly getting a kit for my highs. I know this was posted before, but the pic's don't work any more and i'm just asking out of curiousity...could someone possible post some pics of the actual kit? And these bulbs just plug into the back of the headlight(besides some extra wiring), right? no need to open up the headlight...correct? |

I'll fix the links to the pix I posted of mine - sorry, my site is down. I'll move them over to my photobucket account in a jiffy.

And yes, that's correct, you just plug them in where your current bulbs are, there's no need to open up the headlight or even remove the headlight or anything. You just pop the bulbs in in place of the halogens. Trickiest part is finding a place to put the ballasts - but as you can see, that's not too hard -------------------- |
