i have a 97 celica st limited edition and it red line at 6k. is there any way i can get my car to red line at the usual rpm? would i need to get a new ecu or i cant do any thing at all with where it red line at? plz help me out. thanks

If you plan on raising the rev limiter with a stock head theres no point. You drive a toyota not a honda. Now if you upgrade your cams depending on what the grinds are you will get more power beyond 6000, but I'm not sure if you rev limiter will kick in. I only know of standealone computers where your able to raise and lower the limiter.
