Well, I bought a 3VZ-FE engine from tigerjapanese about 2-3 years ago to replace the one in my family's 92 Lexus ES300. It started right up after the swap and has passed emissions. That's just my experience though. I really should do a compression test on her though, she feels weaker than my brother's 93 ES300 and my sister's 93 Camry V6 XLE, both of which is the 3VZ-FE engine. As you can see, we're a Toyota family smile.gif

I just bought a 3rd gen 3sgte out of a st205 from Jhot, came with a lot of extra parts. So when I get it I'll do a compression test and run it and see there as good as they say they are.
