Hey - it looks like I can combine the existing order right now with another order that Culp is sending in so that collectively he and I can make the manufacturer's minimum order requirement. Please send payment ASAP to me - mjgriff1 (at) gmail.com

Beastman - please let me know if your friend is in on this, I need to know asap for his order to be included in this grouping. Total for 2 kits, 1 high/low and 1 single beam, sent to the same address (combined shipping) is $317.

Is there a benefit to just bulbs w/out the ballast?

mmmmm....I don't really think so....

If I'm correct....they will work and give off a slight tint of whatever color you get them in, but they won't be as nearly as bright as they are suppose to be. Infact, maybe even darker then the OEM lights. I think the ballast acts as an amp for the light, correct?

So do these kits just use off the shelf H1's (I've got Projectors) or are they a specialty bulb? If specialty, where would I get replacement bulbs and what is the cost of a single replacement bulb?
