o ha ha...no they both blink fine...but when i use the pas one is seems the the blinker has to blink over the light..

The bulbs have two filaments in them, like your taillight bulbs how they get brighter when you step on the brake pedal. I'd be willing to bet that one of the filaments burnt out in the driver's side. a $3 bulb should fix that

haha..it was not on purpose..It took me forever to notice it..actually I pulled up to Jim's house one day and he walked to the street cracking up when I got out of the car he was like check out your license plate..I thought it was a cool coincidence lol
