Someone please tell me what type of bulbs I need for the gauge cluster lights. I would also like red lights in mine. I'm doing a full interior red light conversion. Is it possible to do it with anything besides the dome and gauge? I also need to know what size bulb to get for the dome light. Will a 1157 work? Someone please help me. Thanks.

Red doesnt show up very well as far as i've heard...and the dome has 2 lights the same as the gauge cluster which has 3. I dunno the size tho but they're not twist in they're wedge and they're either the smallest u can get or close to it. Just take the cover off the dome light and ask for red in that size, its easy to get them out.

I took the bulb out and took it into Schucks and they said they didnt have any red bulbs in that size, and they looked through anything they could order and couldnt find anything either. I think he said it was a #57 bulb?? I haven't been able to find anything!!!

AS for the speedo gauge/dials , most painted bulbs will fade quickly and led type bulbs don't give an even spread of light (most of it goes straight up in a narrow beam so the speedo is lit up in patches : ( ).
But...there are new inverted lens led bulbs out that are supposed to give out light in all directions - sounds like they could work but can't varify this until I try them.(soon)
Will keep the board updated.

I finally did the conversions to my car. I got the red dome which is nice and the red cluster lights. the cluster lights arent as bright as i pictured but they look sweet. the red dome is a nice touch too. still looking into switching the air control box lights.. not sur ehow to get it out though. the temp and air flow controls are hooked up to a pulley system inside the dash that i cant get to or get a good look at withotu taking apart most of my center dash. anyone have any ideas??

Just got them in the mail today. Got them from autolumination http://autolumination.com/194_marker.html
They look sweet smile.gif - A true blue colour and because it's led they won't fade.
The light is spread evenly too, unlike using normal led bulbs.
I will try and get some pics up when I can borrow a decent camera.
