Original post: This isn't mine, but I spotted this on Dallas' Craigslist. 1994 Toyota Celica - $500 (Irving, Tx) I think this is a good price for a Celica in this sort of shape, but in any case I figure I may as well share it in case someone would be interested in it. what is a blue ticket? Salvage?

A blue ticket pretty much means it was a salvage title, then rebuilt. I read two diff things about it and one of them states the vehicle must pass saftey inspection. Plus pay all these fees and taxes....not sure if itd be worth it unless you plan oon selling for a lot. BTW, anyone know what a head casket it?
