hahaha yup... and even though it is a cheap bar it is built pretty well. i mean its no cusco, but you'd be hard pressed to find anything else for this low of price. if you do, please tell me
i'm thinking of buying another and seeing if i can modify it to work in the rear too, even though i have the gt4 rear. |

So... I'm still stumped on finding some of these babies. Where have you guys got 'em? Checked eBay, only saw ones for the last generation. Can't seem to find them on Google either.
Any ideas? Anyone here have any for sale by chance? ADDED: One thing I have seen on a few sites: The tower bars listed for the 00+ Celicas are listed as compatible with the 93-99 models as well. Is this true? Would it fit on an ST? This post has been edited by supaneko: Aug 15, 2008 - 10:27 PM -------------------- digitalctrl

the brace that bolts onto the top of the strut is to big for the back. but i was thinking if i could just take a 4 1/2 in grinder and grind it and re drill holes until it fit...
right now im watching cash so i cant try it. but i can take some measurements and tell you if its even possible at all. |

WALKER and I just redid the suspension on my car and put on the GT-Four RSTB and I could notice the handling difference when we took it for a quick rip.
It was a huge noticable difference - but that could be because the suspension and RSTB had just been installed... so the difference SHOULD have been unmistakable. -------------------- |

Oh I know - I was just giving my comments on the installed RSTB in regards to the first post. I happen to agree about the stock FSTB - can't prevent much body roll when you're bolted to the firewall like that... This post has been edited by KAOS: Aug 29, 2008 - 11:32 PM -------------------- |

So what's better, the OEM or the Cusco OS style for rear tower bars? I have an OEM installed (with cover and covers blah blah), and i picked up the cusco the other day. don't really feel like pop and swapping to see which is better as my lower suspension isn't exactly track ready.
