ok so last night i installed my manifold and valve cover after getting them powdercoated. sexy as hell by the way. anyways now my yellow fuel pump relay is buzing like crazy and my ECU dosent seem to be powering up. i have an AEM EMS and its not talking to the laptop. i checked the power at the relay and it was like 9 volts. i must have a serious power drop somewhere.

IIRC you can bypass the relay by jumpering fp and B+ in the diagnostics box.

stupid question, but is the battery actually charged? take it to autozone to get tested, and oif its low they'll offer to charge it free. go back in an hour or so and pick it up then try again!

Did you disconnect/move any grounds?
I'd check all your ground points. even take them off and remove the corrosion on all the ground points(sand under the mount)

sounds like a ground issue since battery is charged.

its alive! its alive! thanks to the man Dr Tweak...we narrowed it down to a missing ground. the strap on the harness on the back that bolts to the intake manifold. so let this be a lesson, dont forget that baby.
