So I've done a bit of research on it.
I know about the oil and water jackets needing to be aligned.
But i had a few q's.

Heres my set up.

I have a 2nd gen 3sgte Intake Manifold, exhaust manifold, ct20B Turbo
2nd gen 3sgte head with all the goods.
264 ATS cams, Adj. cam gears, 1mm oversized SS valves,
3 angle valve job, port matched & polished.

My goal is 350 hp.

I want to mount this on a 5sfe block. ['98 Celica GT]

Has anyone done this?.I know of a guy named "Wraith" that did this to
his Camry but he doesn't message me back .

Other than the obvious water jacket deal and oil spitters.
What else is involved ?
How do you deal with the oil supply feed/return line for the turbo..
Since the 5sfe doesn't have one...Drill a hole and tap it ?
Do you use a 3sgte ECU in place of the 5sfe ECU ?
5sfe or 3sgte dizzy ?
Can i use a 205 TMIC or do i have to go FMIC ?
440 Injectors or 550 ?

Anything thing im missing ?

think of it as a 3sgte swap, with a 5sfe bottom end. the only thing from the 5s you end up using is the block, and crank.
all the wiring and sensors are all 3sgte (including ecu) , you can drill and tap the block for the oil feed, or use the stock oil pressure switch location on the 3s head (drilling the block is better)
you also need use the 3s waterlines and waterpump, and you will need to figure out somthing for the oil cooler, timing belt ect.
if your goal is 350whp, why the 5s based stroker?
3s parts can handle much more than that before you need to be concerned about the block or crank on it, and if your just looking for the extra displacement you can just as easily stroke a 3s out to get it without worry for that power level.

I cant find a 3sgte block to save my life and the ppl that do have them are usually built to the hilt and want $1800-2000+
If i had that kind of money i'd get a prepped ATS 2.2 Race Block.
But i have a 5sfe short block in my garage so..

I want a very street able and reliable 350 hp as well.

If this goal is unobtainable[for my budget], I'll most likely sell the 6g and buy a
st165 or st185...Dont really want..I think the 6g is light years ahead in looks but
would be nice to have the AWD too. We'll see, idk right now.
Just want to get the motor together first.

Get an alltrac, call it a day. In all reality, its basically a 3sgte swap. 3s electronics, because you're running a 3s head. I went the st165 route. Still trying to put the car together. If your goal is 350 440s won't cut it. You'll need bigger injectors. I believe a competent machinist can get oil squirtters in your block.

In need of a rust free chassis!!!!

I will if it will be cost/performance effective.
But i'd really rather have a 3sgte/5sgte in a 6g.
But money talks and right the motor is getting the funds
so unless i can find a 3sgte block..I'll probably build the 5s bottom
or in the very least keep the 5s crank to stroke the 3sgte motor whenever i get it.

Alltrac AWD will always be better than 6gc fwd. Just build the motor. I'm doing it. Yes it will be costly but in the end it will be worth it.

That can not be disclosed in this forum. JK. Yes I am. Seems like its a bit of work to get everything to work, but should be well worth it. For my 5sg(t)e build thread I can not talk about the AT because its not related to this forum. Basically I will documenting info on 6gc related stuff. Thigns about the drivetrain will not be included in the thread. But I will have pics of it installed and vids of dyno. Won't happen till late this summer early fall but will happen.
