You could buy my 4age turbo corolla that looks like a wrx but has more horsepower and it's still a toyota (the greatest car company in the WORLD)

WRX's are too common, although they are nice and have some power. you live in connecticut, so i'm guessing the awd would be nice. i say do what you want. the celica is a more rare car and you'll spend more money making it fast. what about a lancer...?

I owned a WRX, and after driving my WRX and my Friend's supercharged cobalt..go for the WRX.... spinning the front wheels and wheel hopping isn't fun after a while...it sucks so bad that I dont even want to consider any high HP FWD.
And with AWD you'll discover a new love for winter and snow...wish I still had mine. and the best reason of all the boxer rumble This post has been edited by Rayme: Apr 1, 2009 - 7:55 PM -------------------- -Rémy 02 SiR, 08 250R |

well i would say keep the celi and do the 3s swap because what you would spend to get a wrx you could make your car very fast and all that extra money with the 3s you could have awd as well and also wrx's are everywhere i mean anyone can go out and buy a fast car but making it fast yourself is wayyy cooler. hope this helps you decide

Cmon, WRX absolutely. Love my Celica but if I came across a decent WRX (not beat on), Iwouldn't hesitate, not for a second.

i love the celica just as much as the next member but if you live in an area that can possibly have lots of snow at times, you rather be safe than sorry right?

i like the feel of the Celica more. as stated before the seating position of the celica feels more comfortable to me, and more sportier. But if you taste for power, go for WRX. I drive 25K+ a year so i'd prefer comfort over power.
