I figured I might as well start a new thread for this.
Thanks to Edgar and Luis I got myself a nice set of tein ss formally owned by our very own supersprynt. First I wanna start off how much I love my car lowered...it looks so much better then it did. Next I am so glad I got these the car just feels so amazing with them..I was going back and forth with if i should get coilovers or not and I am so glad I did...best two upgrades for cars are turbos and coilover in my book. The car is so much more enjoyable to drive I'm in love all over again . Sooo I beleive Tein ss coilovers are def worth the money. Just some pics of the install and such I need to get better pics soon. Before Getting the job done! Front Back thats all I got so far... but some random pics i took during the install. my engine throught my hood my old coilovers my engine the flake in my paint more to come this weekend -------------------- |

Nice, hope you like them, they are great but useless in a city with grid system layout (no backroads or curves) and terrible roads....
car def. looks good though, get some spacers to complete the look |

We haven't played around with the dampeners yet..but so far I don't find it bad...it kinda feels like the tire grabs the bump and pulls you into it but..I don't know how good my stock ones that I had were. You def feel the bumps more but I don't mind it yet...I haven't really driven the car yet since I've been sick .

looks good... anything would be an upgrade over stock suspension which arnt exactly "coilovers". Try to get them on the best dampening setting because usually they are very stiff and comfort on long drives isnt the best. Some new tires will give a huge improvement too... good work tho, anything tein is nice

congrats! once you get a lil used to the extra stiffness, you'll love them. I do. I have an St so felt a huge difference in hard cornering, especially after i got a GT strut tower brace. Its flimsy but i actually noticed the difference.
The car goes into the turns much better with the ss. They eliminate a lot of the oversteer and body roll. once you get the TRD brace and play around with the damper settings you'll be happy with the upgrade |
