I've read threads that the Cali Spec has a different features like a different distributor system among other things, I dont know if these pics help but I'm still a little worried about it, Am i just overly concerned or what? any body have the answers?

There's no law that says you can't have a FED spec car in CA. Being FED spec only means it probably originally wasn't sold in CA. You are overly concerned.

If you're passing smog I wouldn't worry about it either way. If you're really dying to know though, you can always pay for a Carfax report on your car, which will show you where the car originated. If it didn't originate in California, then it wasn't manufactured with California emissions. Still though, it's not something to be concerned about. I think that applies more to new cars, not used cars, but I'm not positive about that.
