well everyone ive just signed in, i bought a st202 about a month ago for a bit of fun at the weekends as i drive a 06 landcruiser as my work car.. it was standard up until 2 weeks ago as its in getting front and rear splitters, side skirts, carbon fiber bonnet, spoiler, new exhaust back box and 17" white alloys fitted, i was meant to get it back last week but it will be ready this weekend instead.... also have a set jdm rear lights to be fitted...
this is what it was like one month ago this was taken saturday gone by... i will post picture when finished now that the outside is near done iam thinking of the engine mods now, can anyone tell me what mods i can do to a st202 engine |

Welcome matey
Looks like a great project going on there Look forward to more pics! As for the engine...... Toyota didn't leave much room for improvement tbh.... If you wanna throw big money at it, you can maybe get to 200 BHP.... unless you wanna throw a turbo in there -------------------- |

The two easy(ish) Engine transplants you can do are the 3S-GTE engine from a GT-Four, which has a turbo.....easily tuned to 300BHP without much work. Or the Red-Top BEAMS engine, from a Jap-import SS-III. There are quite a few of these about in Ireland, they're VERY rare everywhere else. They're NA but run about 200BHP standard. If it were me i'd want the 3S-GTE (oh or you can fit a V6 from a Camry in there) -------------------- |
