After three months of think and planning and trying and failing and planning some more and tyring again and planning and after finally getting it right I finally gotter on, here ya go 6 gc my new hybrid headers. Don't make fun of the crushed filter, need to get a new one I know.
Before: Now: Note: These headers are for an MR2 sw20 5sfe but like I said earlier I made it work. Wut do yall think? This post has been edited by Lil-Joe101: Apr 18, 2009 - 7:05 AM -------------------- From Japan to Texas my st202 follows me.

not bad on the headers. you made them work and thats the important part. about your intake, the filter looks pretty beat up. try and reroute it behind the battery. but it looks as though your catch can (if thats what it is) is in the way.
notice any gains with your headers. engine temp meter go higher than usual? i know it did for me when i didn't have header wrapped. -------------------- Group buy to replicate Narrow E series transaxle parts

Yeah I do need to rerout the intake. Actaully to beat the engine temp prblem I just took my thermostat out. So Im running in open loop But yea I did have a heat problem. I feel a big difference tho, still nothing like a 3sgte but hey Im makein do with wut I have until I get her state side. -------------------- From Japan to Texas my st202 follows me.

joe, get that filter out from behind the radiator.
every time the fans kick on, your intake temps go up by prolly 80* or more. the thermostat has nothing to do with that. (and get a thermostat in there too) lol -------------------- Former Team 5SFTE pro member ;)
