Car kinda wobbles a bit at low speed and the wheel vibrates a small bit at 75+ MPH progressively getting worse until about 100, after having my rubber mounted and balanced i drove it and it was horrible, so i took it back and had them rebalance them, they showed me they were 0,0 (100% performance balanced) got back on the road and it continued.

Note: I use to run factory mags in horrible condition and my car ran smooth

Did you buy your rims used or brand new?

OEM wheels?

Is the center bore of the wheel larger than the hub bore? (does the wheel's center fit perfectly on the hub?)

If it's larger you'll need to get some hub-centric rings to get rid of the vibration.

For example - My wheels have a center bore of 73mm. My hub is 56.1mm. So I have a hub-centric ring that brings the wheel hub from 73 down to 56.1

What size wheel and what size tire? Maybe you're just feeling more vibrations because you have less tire, you know?

start from your lug nuts and work all the way into your suspension. could be anywhere between. first you must eliminate by feeling which side(s) its coming from.

you can balance a tire all you want if the tire is warped, lumped, feathered, etc there is nothing you can do but determine that first and replace.

alignment was done, drive side front tire seems to be the issue. I would hope my proxy 4's aren't ****ed up, on my previous set of rims they wore evenly

Prior to installation of the new rims my car ran find, speeds of 120+ without any vibration, i dont believe suspension is an issue. Could the rim be ****ed?...

A warped rim, perhaps. Have the dealer mount your tires on another set and try again. If the vibrations are gone then it was a manufacturer defect in the rim(s).

find a rim or tire of similar spec or even just a test tire that is in known working condition, put that on, and compare the difference.
