You will have to fabricate you crash bar because it is in the way also you will l need to cut out your headlight holes alittle so it will fit around your lights depending on your material

well i would if i knew how to put up pics. but take that pic up top, you see how those headlights fit in the cutouts on the bumper? those may have to be cut. my headlight wholes sat back too far so had to measure the stock bumper from the inside to the out side of the bumper and measured that on my new c-one. then cut them out. also the other prob is i had was the main crash bar is like two inches thick so you might want to get that cut thinner or buy a 1/4 in thick steel to put there if your in a state were you have to have it for inspection. im no pro at explaining but when i tried to put mine on the stock crash bar was not allowing the bumper to sit back all the way. im assuming that in that pic above they have no crash bar because they have an innercooler there. and this is also what a a body shop (delights customs) told me.

hmm don't u think that an esier and maybe better way is to create new crash bumper?(assuming that u're talking about the bar just behind the bumper, that links the fenders)
Maybe using 2 steel pieces as a roll bar like them: http://www.rhdjapan.com/images/product/312...ormal/Image.jpg just screwed where the crash bar was. Lighter and stronger. |

Ah, another question:
There are 2 version of this bumper: the GT-FOUR one and GT one The first is made to fit on the GT-FOUR with his hood, the other on the GT, with its own hood too. All this versions needs this mod? Maybe in C-ONE they made the GT version to fit withour needing the GT-FOUR crash bar. Someone knows something? |
