i have a set of 18" Motegi MR7's that i'm almost finished sanding down. i am wondering what color would look nice with my celica. i have a factory silver 99 GT....i've thought about black but you see so many black wheels these days....i was kinda thinking about bronze....but i dont know...somebody throw out some different options

EDIT- i've just looked at some duplicolor wheel paint online and i am really interested in 2 of their paints. first one is the Graphite color..i think that would look nice laying agains the lighter silver....and the 2nd is their color changing paint. i have never seen a set of wheels like that...i dont know though..it seems like it would be awesome but i need some opinions.

I just finished painting my Stock GTS rims with the duplicolor paint. I used a graphite colour too, probably the same one you are looking at, here's what it looks like. I know they aren't MR7's but it will somewhat give you an idea..

I really like this color, it really changed the look of my car. I can add before pics too if you want.

Graphite looks good I think but those are becoming quite common too...

Either white or brinze would go really good with a silver celica. Its your call man, but I don't think you can go wrong with either or those.

Over here in Euro land all the Vee Dub nuts are doing the fluorescent look on wheels atm. I've even seen a few Evo's sporting bright green, orange, pink, blue wheels you name the colour its happening over here atm. Not to my liking though.

x2

That's the same color I'm going to use when powder coating my GTS wheels and my '97 GSXR 750's wheels.

Start a poll. I personally like all black wheels if the car is silver. I know black wheels are 1 too many here though, but they look good on silver imo.

Bronze or gold. That red celi with the darker bronze has a good shade, similar to MaskedMan's wheels.

It will go well with the silver.

IMO

=)
