I tried to recruit people from Bakersfield with a 6gc, but they get scared of me. Well, one guy did since I hit him up in drive through. I got out my car and he was behind me and I came up to him with a flyer... He did look scared and he never joined lol.

Hey, I will hit you up like that Friday just to make sure. I hope we can get together early, because I love an early morning drive. I hate getting up at the crack of dawn, but GOD is it a nice drive! Anyhow, we meet up, roll out to Ventura, stop and get a bite to eat, and then we meet up with everyone. Or we can eat here or I can meet up with you somewhere inbetween if you like. I just don't have Navigation, so I get lost easy.... Actually that's not true, I don't get lost easy, but I fear it sometimes.

what up my good irwindale track meet people it was fun the last meet havent been on the site for months but im back and exited about the next meet the beginning of august sounds good to me irwindale will be a good meet place on sunday also.. date is official august 2nd make a list count me in where ever all you wanna meet.

Honestly, it's cool to have meets like this, but I am kind of upset that we never really set up or started an Annual Meet for North and South. But I guess that's why they say East Coast just knows how to do it better, I thought we could pull it together. Then again, for some reason a lot of us on the West Coast seemed all pump for these things and then back out last minute. Hopefully we do have a good turn out. So whoever is going, hold yourself accountable and sign up on whatever list on this topic you can find and hold yourself accountable to show up.

Next to your name, post what you want to do for the meet, plus two other alternatives and we will take the majority vote on it and do exactly that. I think we meet up, bbq on or around a beach, chill for a bit, and then take a cruise, followed by pictures or whatever, and that will pretty much eat up most of the day believe it or not. But that is like an example. Because it seems people are still trying to suggest different things, so we make it straight to the point and a list of who is coming FOR SURE.

I am just suggesting, because maybe there might be people who don't want to do that and when they discover what it is, might find it difficult to have a good time because their plans are ruined. At any rate, it would be best to just have it set up so you know what exactly to expect. So I am going back to my name on the list and editing it.......

Also, we should also say what we will be bringing. I will bring hotdogs n buns as we'll as ketchup n mustard. Probably will bring a bag of chips, but I suggest we all bring a bag so we can mix it up haha.

Hey, I dunno my way out there, do you think maybe..... if it isn't too much trouble..... we just all roll out together to get the goods? I kinda feel funny about having an ice chest with stuff in the car with the possibility of water from the ice getting in my car, say the lid should pop up. And again, I don't know my way out there to be driving around areas that I may or may not belong in. Just asking, that way we can knock it all out then and there (I say we also get together early as well, or atleast those willing to bring things that needs chillin'). Oh wait! LOL I can just bring drinks and chips. Let me know what type of drinks you guys like then, and if the majority is going to go with just one type, or if is only us 7 (I think 2 24 packs should be good and if we have more people then I will buy more) then I will bring something else that is essential to our BBQ as well.

I dunno what time you guys plan on being up, but I hate the heat here in my town and I like to avoid the major traffic. So I am leaving here at about 5:30-6AM and will take my time, but I more than likely can reach around where some of you reside by no later than 9AM, in fact I am positive I can probably even do it in less than 2 hours, but like I said, I plan on meeting up with Sir Arthur from Visalia, and when we hit Valenica, get a bite. From there, might take us another 45min with some traffic to hit up the LA area. I am just going to go ahead and give it 3 hours. But yeah Bonzai, let us know. We have until 8:30pm before it starts to get dark, so maybe a time when 1 will be available as well, so there is a time figure for who can meet up with who, when and where, at or prior to the meet.

I was also thinking we could meet by the queen mary theres a park next to it we could tro on the bbq and take pics after.

We could meet at my place, for yall who are comin down early.

I live about 15 minutes from the beach, all we'd have to do is hit the 605s to the 405 n then beach blvd n we'll be about 4 miles from PCH.

That sounds good too, how early you plan on being ready?

I'll prolly be ready by 10am or so, gonna wake up early, wash the celi, detail, vacuum, n get an air freshener from target haha.

We can see what's up with a meeting place, as I know there are a bunch of places that people may want to converge upon before the heading out.

LOL - where are you at now? I live down by the air force base...

Ok, well first, I say whoever is going for sure, put themselves on that list ASAP and what they will bring. I honestly wouldn't mine meeting up near a park either, but I need to know where everyone feels best with meeting at.

ok so just so i'm clear on this, i'm meeting up with you in bakersfield early in the morning on the 2nd and following you down south to the meeting place, i'm not great at organizing things but i'm not going to miss this, just let me know where to meet and what to bring, excited to meet everyone in person, do we have a head count yet?

Yeah, let me know when I can call you because I think it will be easier through text or just call me when you are free. You can call any time, I am always free unless I am asleep, but I sleep whenever I want, so there is no set time. We tried to start a list here on who is coming, when they are available and what they are bringing, should be in this page or the previous before this one. Just reply and edit it. I want to bring drinks, but people need to tell me what all they prefer (soda or something, because we don't want to condone drinking and driving).

perfect, call me anytime and text always works too, i work in sales so the only time i dont answer is when i"m with clients. i'll post a responce on the previous page also, i guess like an rspv thing lol. so excited i can't wait....
