I met up with SUPRAJOURNEY a few weeks ago. He parted out his Celica a couple years ago, and now drives a Sentra SE-R. He was only on the forum to sell the remainder of his stuff lying around.

Forkee also parted out his Celica and purchased a new car many many years ago.

Where exactly do you live bonzai? I am straight down Carson Street at Bloomfield.

I am still down to meet at Long Beach Town Center. Its big and nobody could miss it. Faust, hit me up that morning when you roll in, perhaps we can get some coffee or somethin. 1pm at Long Beach Town Center sounds good to me.

Ok, I'll hit you up the night before just to make certain of us meeting early.

Bonzai count random and me there for sure!! i will bring plates cups napkins forks and some meat like 2 pounds or so long beach town centre sounds good to me coast. cruise after bbq great idea. Random when ur half way to my house or the night before give me call.

just read through all 8 pages. nice to see my name mentioned a few times. i've been to my fair share of meets in the past. just been really busy and pretty inactive on this site for about a year now, but i will seriously try to make it. you may wanna try pming wyntersun cuz she is probably the coolest socal female 6gcer and i know she likes it when alexi gets to hang out with his friends. and marcogts, he's a pretty enthusiastic 6gcer. and even try chanh55... i know he sold his celica years ago and then sold his sc and now drives a fit (last time i checked), and is probably married with about 5 kids by now.... but it'd be cool to bring back some more old school members and he's one of the coolest. but yeah.... hope to meet some of you new guys.

and super autobacs closed? that sucks. we used to go there all the time. i never bought anything, but still. i remember when we were on their website....

Anyways, I hope to see you guys out there, just don't block my Celica shots with your "Stock cars that put stock Celicas to Shame". LOL

Autobacs reopened under new ownership and is now called Super Autotoyz. I'm pretty sure you can arrange to hold a meet there.

Yeah maybe in the future, but from what I heard, nobody really liked meeting up there as far as meets go. I don't want my first meet to be in some parking lot at a place that has stuff that I don't want for my car. We stick to the beach/bbq/cruise/photoshoot.

Now, I may not know what Autobacs is, but I did see the website when they were around, and honestly.... It seems like a Ricer/JDM version of Autozone/Pepboys....

Uhh... I was just saying they're still there. You guys have your meet wherever you want.

I wasn't trying to be an @$$, it was just that if you can see how many pages this simple meet is, I didn't want any more confusion by other possible places. It is getting near time and we still don't have a solid beyond 5 people and took us this long to get just a time and what we are going to do. That's all.

Try harder next time. People like you remind me why I sold my Celica and left the community a long time ago.

Is that right? You are way too sensitive. You did say about having a meet there, go back and read it. And I am trying to keep this in line, because I am really looking forward to it, and already a lil disappointed that the only people I have meet from 6gc.net aren't going to be there. So forgive me for being a bit concerned of other ideas being thrown about when we are very close to something concrete.

And if I may say with all due respect, if people make you sell your celica and stop coming to a site, then perhaps you might want to look into that sensitivity of yours. I know I am not very much liked on here since I joined, but do you see that stopping me? Hell no. Because I don't let it get to me.

LOL Jeff... Nah, but seriously, I'm sorry Chanh. I didn't mean to come off like that, it's just that this is my first meet, I didn't mean to put down Autobacs or whatever it is now, and I post in here daily because I want to know what is going on for my first meet ever. I am 27 years old and never got to do anything like this and have dreamed about it since I was a kid. And even before, I never go to go to a meet before due to situations on the I-5/Grapevine getting there that prevented me from going. So that's me asking you to hear me out for whatever it's worth. And for you to sit there, know nothing of me, and put the blame on me assuming you know people of me, for making you get rid of your Celica is total BS. So that's my apology and my recap full and out. If you can't look past that and forgive, then I dunno what to tell you.
