Hey guys, just a little background on my engine, it's a Gen III 3sgte from a JDM MR2 and it's going into my 6 gen Celica. I got the engine for cheaper because I ordered it in pieces by emailing all of the guys on ebay that were selling clips, and I asked them for extra parts. So I got almost every piece to my engine from a different person. And joel at toysport hooked me up with the stuff that I was lacking. So if anyone has completely disassembled their engine and has detailed pics of how everything fits together, please send them to me so I'll know what brackets I'm missing and how it looks assembled. I've listed below the main areas that I needs pics of. Thanks!
1) timing belt area, what does the tensioner look like? I don't have one! 2) stock oil cooler area (under exhaust manifold)..I don't have the cooler either 3) alternator bracket, I don't have one.. 4) compressor bracket.. I don't have one..unless it's the same as the 5sfe compressor bracket, then I have one of those.. 5) how is the harness routed? I am making my own because I have an autronic ECU.. **as well as whatever other pictures anyone may possibly have of the gen III engine, whether it be in an MR2, in a GT-Four or in a USDM celica. Thank you! -------------------- -Jay

Hahha given that no one is online atm its the best i could do before i hit the bed. as for the part numbers......i searched as a gt4 not a mr2. if you research under a mr2 i think you could use the part numbers.
and being that servco is the only toyota dealer they might or might not order jdm parts for us -------------------- I don't normally drive fast, but when I do its on a curvy section of this island

What dealership is in Kaneohe? Is there a servco branch over there too? I know waipahu has servco, and so does mapunapuna, and kaimuki (woohoo, 6 blocks away from me)...stupid servco. I remember a couple years ago at the meets, people said that they couldn't order JDM parts through servco, then occasionally you hear of the guy with the friend what can order that stuff. I've seen some stuff on ebay. I should put a wanted ad up on craigslist Japan and see if some military guy reads it and can help me out...maybe I can find someone that is about to come to Hawaii, and can bring me parts! -------------------- -Jay
