What is the name of that box?
Cant remeber it. It's the big one that the fan is attached to.

I need to know the name because mine is ****ed frown.gif so i need a new one

No. Does your ECU have a fan attached to it?


Is it the HVAC box? I haven't ever gone looking for the one in the Celica, but my WRX HVAC box is black, has a fan on it, and is located under the glovebox.

I think mine has leak frown.gif
My a/c was filled up 1month ago and know its empty. Checked all the pipes and none leaks there.
Then today my hvac began to say funny noises then it must be the course frown.gif

I was thinking blower assembly, thats located under your glove box. Cause it has the cylinder shaped fan in there (I cleaned it once), easy to get to. Are you sure that the r134 is gone, you dont see anything in your sight glass?

Absolutly sure mate.
2nd time this year its filled up and just gone frown.gif. When i turn the a/c on its just normal temp that comes out frown.gif
But maybe you're name is the right one? Was seeking the name of it because if its broke, then i need a new one smile.gif
I hope me and my friend will pull it out this weekend

ToyoDIY Thats where I get every ref for parts on the celica. If I dont know what it is, I just go there and look it up. Very useful.

is a shop filling it or are you doing it yourself? Because a shop is supposed to check for leaks before they are allowed to fill...so if it was leaking they should have caught it

just because you filled it doesn't mean you will get cold air... if your compressor is shot then the freon won't become cold

I filled it up first time en may, then some weeks later it stopped working. Then i thought what the hell i just refilled up. Then some weeks after again it stopped wotking and some funny noises startet coming out from underneath the clovebox that i clearly good hear.
It must be there pittfirefigther.

But mate can u regnoize if the picture of the box thing is the one that im searching for? The one behind the clovebox
