just bought a clutchmasters FX700 stage 7 twin disc bronze/ceramic clutch wont slip now! lol!

hope you don't mind my asking but just curious how much you paid for it and what supplier you dealt with. Still looking for a cheaper alternative to the RPS twin disc carbon carbon. that's why i'm asking

built head and twin disc going in soon, clutch will be here monday, need to order parts for the head asap, got a tapping in the head now lol, prob busted a valve spring or something, i put WAY too much stress on them, prefect compression so maybe a smashed a bucket, not too sure yet, either way its gonna be a monster when i gets back on the road

thanks got a clutchmasters FX700 and built head, should be back up and going in the next 2 months , been super busy. ill make a glory run trying to hit 600awhp, then prob back down the boost and keep it safe (lol) at about 525-550 awhp

any update on this? curious to see if you got the clutch in or not

no not yet, been so friggin busy with work i havent touched the car yet ill post when progress had been made lol

ok so here is the update......... sorry been really busy! spare head is in the machine shop getting mild port work/clean up and ready for some new goodies i might have bent a valve slightly in the old head due to the head being COMPLETELY stock and being right @ 500 AWHP lol. anyways, GSC S2 gen3 Cams, hks springs, BC retainers, Ferrea valves will be going into the new head. should be running again in a month~2 months or so. should make some good power now and be.... well a little more reliable! lol! o ya and the clutch will go in @ the same time, we are pulling the entire drivetrain out and doing it out of the car. need new t belt tensioner etc (due to age) but ya should be up and running properly before it gets warm out

Man You inspire me and alot of others Keep up the awsome work. 1 Question you quarter mile time of 13.1 in your sig was that before the gt35 with 265 awhp? If so I cant wait to see what it runs with almost 200 more hp. Wish I could convert a coupe to awd like a gt4

that was a different car and yes that was a stock CT20b turbo that made 265 "SAE corrected" horsepower. uncorrected horsepower on that setup was about 200 awhp up here at 5800 ft. that was in my old black car.
