all the running lights come on. no indicators of blown bulbs and even checked. fuses are all right and fine. idk ive been trying to see if there is a relay for the brakes. id really like to find out this problem.

Does this include the third brake light? If not, check your bulbs again -- the brake/running lights use a dual-filament bulb and one can burn out without affecting the other filament.

if all the brake lights aren't working, it is likely to be the brake switch on the brake pedal.
