Vincent,
Do you have to cut any holes into the trunk to get the trunk brace to fit? Will it just bolt right up? In one of the pictures I see a screw going through it, I imagine that this will connect to the frame itself?

Also, how difficult is it to get out the spare wheel? I imagine you can just slide out the covering from the front, then lift the wheel out.

It should bolt right on. Take off the black rubber plug and underneath is a bolt and thats where the brace should bolt on.

If that's the case, then I'm sold. If I have to cut into my trunk and frame... no way.

Copy from other site:
"This trunk bar will help the trunk from flexing during spirited driving."
"After installation you will notice improved handling around corners."

No need to cut, bolt right on, those screws are actually belongs to our 6GC Trunk, just remove the black rubber Plug/lid at those spot, u can touch the bolt underneath

I will be the kamikaze, but I need to clear out all the junks from my trunk 1st

I have a crazy thought, if it really helps a bit of cornering, I might install 2 pieces at the trunk, one near the end and another one futher away, dunno its feasible or not biggrin.gif

did you get the idea of making the suspension bars from the integra type r.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8pcseWzSKHQ hm i wonder why they put the rear trunk bar and the wall off the trunk??

do you only need one underbody lower arm bar.

jic always makes one for our cars, so im sure it must be doing something. http://www.jkcracing.com/product_info.php?...roducts_id=1136

"Under Brace bars are an excellent way of increasing underbody rigidity, they will reduce body flex while cornering and will obtain more responsive handling characteristics." The above statment just copy and paste from some other site, not my writing.
NOTE:
Please have your own judgement on how well the enhancement of handling after the installation of this brace.
I really don't have any spec of having faster lap on track, or better cornering...
So, if u dibs on it... pls don't blame me for buying a crap kinda things later on...

The Blue one is "Tanabe Sustec"
