well...you are up in orlando... so it would have to be somewhere in the middle dont u think?

that's ok crw... that's why i am just gauging interest, and why this is so hard! it has to be in the middle for both you me and up north FL folks as well. UNLESS people are willing to make the long drive just for a meet if the meet were to be either extreme north or extreme south. here in orlando it is equal for everyone except the central folks (shorter) but orlando suckkkssss!!

id be comming from jax, orlando is only about a hour and a half for me

idk sometime in jan? its really open im just seeing if anybody is even interested. I dont have a set location either....

My schedule is open with a few exceptions. I will be visiting North East for this Christmas and New Year, then come February... I was hoping to pay off all my credit cards and apply for a loan to buy myself a new car. At which point I shall be trading in my celi and or selling it to one of members here. Either way I am not sure when that will take place. I have to do a switcharoo with paying taxes on home and to my homeowners association, then getting first time home buyer credit then using what's left+savings to pay off my remaining credit debt.. after that it may be mid February or it could be sometime in Spring or Summer... before I get carried away let's just say that you can count me in unless I sell my car or I am in Canada or I am vacationing in the Keys. My vacations are set to late December and mid April with 4 days vacation time remaining that I could use for celica meet if I have celica at that time.

howww abouuttt you guys meet at a campground for a weekend and camp out? u guys can meet up at like this place called jonathan dickonsons state park or somthing...its a pretty cool stop ive been there before

I'm more down with a one day type thing...no reason to hit any cities, we can just go to a campground and grill, like the original idea. I'm down to drive a few hours, Orlando would work for me. But if you guys want to hit SWFL, I won't object either, obviously.

By all means, if some of you guys want to do a weekend thing have at it-- just dont be looking for me after the first day, lol.

I was just lookin to see if you guys just wanted to get together for once, meet and hang, chill and cruise.. its not something we can do often at all cause we're not close like other 6gcs in other cities. If this is gonna flop let me know now. lol

Dammit, I won't let this be a flop. I'm down, Samir's down, and Axel's down. We only need a few more people, I think even 6 or 7 6GC's is worthwhile. No reason to make this a big thing, let's just restrict it to a single day somewhere. Just a meet, grill/kick it/chat/whatflippingever, short cruise, and we all go home.

Besides, Axel said he'd take me for a ride in his 3rd gen swapped car...so this meet needs to happen.

maybe if you put it a liltle closer to home i would go,seeing as i have no job time really isnt a issue Jan. sounds like a nice time to drive

My 3rd gen is also open to passengers so you can ride in both and compare ;-p

yeah!!!!!!!!!!!! that's two third gens i need to ride in now, cept Axel needs a clutch.

Um, well 97toyota, help me find a place you think is good! i am gonna look through a bunch of fl state parks right now and see which seems ok,

Then help me pick a date. saturday or sunday, and whatever weekend. ill make it a poll if we need that, or we can just decide.

OH and we'll need everybody's cameras, if someone has got a good one and some photography skills it would help, otherwise, everybody bring yours and shoot away!

St.Augustine would be nice thats a 15min drive for me but far for everyone else,so idk

^ I'm not driving to St. Augustine...no way. I still say let's keep it south of O-town, it's so central. But Samir, go ahead and look for some parks...and if there's one that's insanely good, we can go there. But otherwise, a grilling place is just a grilling place. I can tell you guys the beaches down here are nice though, if we're going that route. I also know a pretty good state park down here that has grills, picnic tables, and ample parking. And it's all 30 yards away from the beach.

Trust me riding in a 3s is nothing special. Its like vroooom vroooooooom vrooooom vrum vrum vrum wheeewhooo wheee whoo.. .crap I know I know pull over. Nah its actually fun. If you have never driven in a 250+hp celica and always dreamt that it would be one heck of a ride... yep its exactly like you imagined and even better if its a nice sunny day and road is clear.
