Looks like they got a little overspray on the muffler, otherwise that looks really good. There's no Maaco close to where I live, otherwise I'd have to go get my car touched up. That's not bad at all.

Those are some amazing pictures, Faust.

not to jack the thread, but just curious to how much you paid to have it painted and where at?

Was painted at Maaco for $580 which included a primer coat and an additional $175 for sanding my oxidation and deep scratches. It was their $399 "presidential" paint service that was on sale for $299 plus I had a 50% off coupon for the primer/prep work.

Thanks guys! I'm pretty happy with it. I keep finding excuses to go to the garage just so I can look at it biggrin.gif

The 88 alltrac in the background is mine too, lol. I need to sell one though, and I painted the 6gc to boost the value and to sell it quicker, but now it's just harder to part with! Maybe I should sell the alltrac instead tongue.gif

Maaco or something similar really need to open up in the UK.

You just can't get a paint job of any sort for less than about £1000! ($1600)

x2.. this pic really defines the meaning of the name Celica.

I wished I could have composed it better but I was running short on time. I was traveling from LA to SF but decided to take the 101 up and jumped onto Highway 1 at SLO. This was taken at some random point in Big Sur and there was a new moon going on so no interference there. Shot with a Nikon D300 @ 30s f/2.8 ISO3200. I didn't know how to light up the car without blowing the shot until I accidently pressed the alarm remote. The EXIF is still intact. I thought it was cloudy but it turns out it was the Milky Way!
