$300, 2 12" Punch Rockford RFP3412 Subs, sealed in a sub box, and a Rockford 500X Amp. My car audio system is currently completely stock, except for an old pioneer deck, which I will be replacing soon. I have wanted subs since I bought my car and I just want to know if this is a good deal, or if I can do better for the price. Also, do you think it'll fit nicely in the trunk of my car without removing the spare? I have a GT Hatchback. If it isn't worth it, what should I offer? Or should I not consider them at all? well it is a good deal, but you will need a better amp, a 500 watt will simply not give that thump you want, i have a single 12 and a 600 watt amp, it shakes the damn car, but for 2 12s you will need at least a 1000 watt amp in my opinion, and rockfords are only about 70 bucks at best buy, sealed box is about 50, hope this helps

So would you guys recommend one 12" sub instead? I just want some really good bass (most of the music I listen to is heavy on bass), and I do not want to pay too much. I also want the box to look decent, and still have access to the spare. Any ideas? Just remember that I live in Canada so we're not as blessed as you guys are when it comes to deals...
