Just a quick hello from the UK.

Bought a damaged Celica in 2006, repaired it and driven it ever since.. thumbsup.gif well my girlfriend does anyway..

She always wanted a purple sporty car and this is perfect.

Just curious, why was your fender and support on each side of the windshield (holding up the roof) connected? I see when you repaired it, now it's not... but unless I'm missing something really obvious here, that should never have been one piece, right?

Good spotting, I think it's just a combination of average quality photo and shiney wax which makes it look like one piece...

unless that gap where the panels meet had been filled with putty and painted over.

Must be just the picture. There's a gap like in between the wing and the bonnet. About 4 mm. You can only just see it on this picture.
