water temp really is that more important than the battery charge. How about if you have a small 15 lb battery, would you recommend a battery voltage gauge???

I think water temp gauge is highly more important than a battery charge gauge!

The oil pressure and oil Temp sensor is connected to a sandwich plate which is screwed between the sump and oil filter. The water temp sensor is attached to a connector that has been put in the middle of the top radiator hose.

Sandwich plate on the far right with oil temp and oil pressure sensors attached.

Water temp sensor in the middle of the photo and on the far right is the extension wires to connect to the back of the gauges inside the car.

Plate fitted (not my Celica, img found from net)

Water temp fitment on rad hose
