so i think it needs to be cleared up here, i thought i read it runs but the transmission is fried but i read some comments that it doesn't run at all? please clear this up as it really effects the interest level of potential buyers....and guys lets be nice on here as we all know the cost of a switch and if we could do it for $2k we would all have done it already so if it is running its worth at least that right?

no one else has seen this car but me so if people claim they know about MY car they are liars. The engine IS running.. the transmission is not.. you turn the key and it runs.. it just wont shift.. It needs a new sensor, alternator and power steering assembly. It needs a transmission.

I understand it starts, but you said it doesn't idle correctly. Has this been a constant problem since you swapped, or something that recently developed?

its a constant problem because one of the sensors is broken and needs to be replaced. I bought the engine with that damaged sensor on it.

The wheels don't match? You didn't mention that.

Good luck with the sale, hope you get what you want for it.

thread cleaned.
if your not interested in buying this car, please do not post.

just as an FYI for you and for potential buyers, that sensor and hoses are not needed for the engine to run 100% perfect.

all that sensor does, is basicly create a controled vac leak when you turn the wheel to full lock, so that it idles up ~100rpm to compensate for the load placed on the PS pump, and therefore the crank. you can plug those hoses, or better yet pull them off the air pipes and cap the outlets.
the car will idle down a bit when you turn the wheels to full lock, no harm, no foul.
