I have a few questions as the rear struts are on their way out on the g/f's 94 ST. 160k miles.. Im pretty new to celicas
Is there any difference between the GT struts/springs and ST? if so are they a direct swap? Should I replace the springs as well or would it be okay to do just the struts. {besides the obvious looks/performance gains} If I should replace the springs, I am looking at going with the Tein S-tech. from what I read they are still a comfortable ride? The lady isnt into performance driving, but I'm all in favor for giving a car a little bit of extra grip and improving the looks a bit BUT I still want it to be comfortable for her because she does have some back issues. NY has tons of snow and pretty crappy roads so I dont want to go too low and stiff.. Also I have some 16" GTS rims and decent tires for when the snow vanishes. . |

i feel every bump pretty good with my teins... i love them though.. they give me a great look and feel to the car along with the kyb gr2 shocks... but they definitely are stiffer and so is every lowering spring
gt struts are an exact swap.... some came with a sport suspension that has sealed front struts -------------------- Breaking Axles...
