Joe, 2 of those white plastic wheels are riveted to the steel plate if I remember correctly. It's a bit of a job to get the old one off and put a new one on. Make sure you know what you're getting into, it's not a simple job. The 3d wheel (the rear one) is on a bolt and comes apart easy.
You can get from the dealer a new steel plate with the white wheels on it for about $50-60. That was about 6 months ago when I checked. |

those plastic things are not sold individually, you have to replace the plate. period.

If the parts guy can't find that part, he's an idiot and you need to go to another dealer, or search one of the on-line Toyota parts dealers. 2. There are 3 big washer-like fasteners. they are actually flat nuts. Soak the threads in WD-40 or similar overnight. Then you can grab them with sharp-tooth channellocks and they will unscrew. Careful not to break the glass. Or make yourself a spanner wrench to grab the 2 holes in the nuts. |

I did remove the remainig non-bolt guide to see if it was possible. I used the 3m lubricant and with patience was able to get it off without breaking. Joe |

I took the glass off the metal bracket to avoid breaking it but I still do not have an idea how to get them back on |
