I don't trust leaving my car anywhere but in the garage or right next to my house. -------------------- '97 ST \ Eibach \ KYB \ Kenwood \ Alpine \ Cusco \ OEM+ [sold 10/18]

Ill try to add some pics tomorrow..
booze + people who doesnt appreciate ones property/dont know cars = awesome results. ****. Ill try to call them tomorrow, I hope they admit it so I dont have to speak to the Police about it.. I just hoped for some honesty, they could have called ahead."We did a small prank and accidentally scratched and dented your car. Get it fixed and weŽll pay for it" but no, nothing.. -------------------- |

But how was it scratched, people standing on it? Snow doesn't scratch. I guess there has been some small stones frozen to the snow, and those have scratched it.. Couple scratches were on the paint only, but 2 or 3 had scuffed all the paint off.. -------------------- |

gutted for you mate, the car looks top shape mate.
only one thing is that going from your top pic the radiator looks very worn, the top tank is browned by the looks which means its likely to have hairline cracks in it if its anything like the usual st205 rads when they brown they start to crack the tanks, then eventually die a death. lovely motor though mate -------------------- 1994 ST-205 JDM GTFour... fmic conversion finshed, project GT500 is underway

OK, the car is currently on the bodyshop getting fixed, and in the meanwhile I have had time to plan everything ready for the car..
So here we go: - new rad - new rad hoses - fitting and heatcoating the aussie downpipe - heat insulation to the Charge cooler - set of Toyo Proxes 4 and if I install the downpipe, then Im going to need a remap, as the fuelcut will come an obstacle.. But seems good doesnt it! -------------------- |

which aussie downpipe did you get? the same ceramic coated pipe that i have or the non ceramic pipe?
if its the ceramic, dont lag the pipe. what ecu are you running? as the standard unit isnt mappable, and fuel cut is a bitch, but can sometimes be got around by porting the wastgate. Its the stock ecu now, fuelcut is somewhere in the region of 1,35bar so 19, 5? but it requires to change some chips in the ecu. new program in. -------------------- |

so you are changing to a piggy back ecu?
if you are going to keep the standard ecu then taking the fuel cut off the ecu is a very very bad idea. the standard st205 unit is only programed upto 1.2 - 1.4 bar fueling with a ct20 as the turbo, if you crank it up more boost then irrelevant of the boost coming in the ecu will only fuel the maps it is capable of, i.e. 1.2-1.4 bar max, and that will inevitably melt your engine, fcd on an st205 without a proper aftermarket ecu is a big mistake -------------------- 1994 ST-205 JDM GTFour... fmic conversion finshed, project GT500 is underway

And no way am I going over 1.4bar if possible, Im pretty sure weŽll get good results with that level of boost, no need to rev the ct20b any more.. -------------------- |

phew, thats ok then, i was thinking you were going to run the standard ecu fuel maps at over 1.2 bar, which would be catastrophic for the pistons. good good though, new fuel and boost maps are good, we are mapping my brothers car in 2 weeks, cant wait!

I might of missed something but are you planning on running a stock engine(not forged)at 1.4 bar no I dont have forged internals, but no, im not driving at 1.4bar. Currently 1.2 bar. Its about that Im going to install the aussie downpipe, which immediately at this program takes the boost 1.5bar and gets fuelcut. edit; If you have info about what certain parts of the engine can handle, theyd be welcome. I hate spring. As the streets melt, they get full of these bumps and holes.. hit on driving about 35-40mp/h and now my front right suspension squeeks like a horny pig, NICE.
