The very first kit is finally done. This particular one is a GT3082.

We'll be offering the GT3071r, GT3076r, and GT3082r kits soon in the EMSPowered turbo kit using. Just like our current kits this will be a direct bolt-on to the stock exhaust manifold and will use our custom stainless steel turbine housing.

A few preliminary pictures of the first ever direct bolt-on GT30xx EMSPowered kit:

dude, that turbine housing looks amazing.

gotta give you BIG props man, you worked your way out of and thru the growing pains your company once had, and looks like your doing as well as or better than before.

in this day and age, that is a rare thing.
great stuff.

Thanks man, means a lot coming from you. Not quite where I'd like to be with the company yet. But we're getting there a little at a time. It's been an uphill battle to say the least.

GREAT NEWS BAKTASH!

So as my desire for more power grows, I am glad you will still be able to offer me an amazing kit to suit. Shannons S252 kit is simply a work of art. Thanks again Baktash.

They're both great turbo choices. If only choosing between those two I would take the S256 extended tip turbo over the GT3076R. The S256 & GT3076R with both spool very similar to eachother, but the S256 will shine at higher boost levels where the GT3076R can no longer keep up. It will make morer peak power. And at anything above 25psi the S256 extended tip turbo really starts to pull away from the GT3076R.

But again, both area great turbos. Can't go wrong either way. What are your power goals? There may be a better turbo to meet your goals.

Neither of them are "cheap" by any means. Depending on which size GT30 or which size S200 you go with in our kit the price will be anywhere from $2,225 - 2400

If you're looking for a slightly cheaper option, our T3/T4 variant of our turbo kits starts at $1,950, which uses a Borg Warner T3/T4 turbo.

The S256 is slightly larger than the GT3076, and slightly smaller than the GT3082. Most people compare the S256 to the GT3076 though, because they go head to head in comparisons quite often. The EMSPowered S256 kit is $2,275. The EMSPowered GT3076 kit is $2,350.

Thanks for the quick reply baktasht... Searching a lot of information in the web about these 2 turbos I reached to the same conclusion... principally in a shootout...

My power goal it's around 450-500whp max.... but I'm going in "stages" with my project because I don't have too much $$$ to spend now (I just got married.. hahaha)... I'll write to your mail for more comfort to you... there I say to you all the ideas I have in my head...

Thanks one more time baktasht...

anyone hearing from this guy?

my cousin talked to him a fewthis week about his intercooler kit that he's been waiting for.
he's(baktasht) been waiting awhile for the shrouds to come in, (its been ~ a month or so IIRC) and called my cousin to let him know they arrived, and his kit was gonna be shipping this week.
i know he had a thread up on mr2oc letting people know that he was gonna be behind on orders because he just had a baby boy..but that was like last week or somthing.

I'm right there with you. I ordered the s256 kit 2 months ago and nothing yet. I've called, emailed, messaged him and nothing. I did talk to him 2 weeks ago and he mentioned the only thing left to do on my kit was the downpipe but I haven't heard anything since. I guess they are in the middle of moving the shop and are overwhelmed with orders but it is pretty ridiculous the lack of response and updates. If I don't hear from him by the end of the week I'm getting my money back. My business doesn't seem like a priority to him which is too bad because the product seems great. I still have faith he'll get in touch kindasad.gif
