well if you guys choose a date in advance, it would be easier for me to try to get the day off, and im sure it would help others as well.

About $400 gets me there round trip, and I think it's something I can probably swing with enough time to budget for it. Naturally I won't be coming with my Celica though although I sure would love to, that would be KILLER! Then I could hit those last few states I haven't been to yet! So figure out a date, and I'll start budgeting.

I'm going to narrow the meet down to between the middle of May and the beginning of June. July would also be fine if anyone is more comfortable with that.

July is better for me personally, because I'm moving at the end of the month and mid-May/early June is too early for me to budget for. Moving is EXPENSIVE. Plus, I kinda wanna hang here in Portland in early June.

That's fine, I'll definitely take that into consideration. Another variable is Samir's work schedule, and potentially (hopefully!) mine.

It doesn't really matter on a date for me as long as it's before the 2nd week of the month of July because I'm goin on vacation up north to see my family..

Any one of those would work. I think July 3rd would be best since it's right in the middle.

june 26th is good for me i'll be in tenessee from july 4th to 10th. just checked vacation plan be leaving on july 8th so july 10th is good also

Alright, official date is at July 3rd. If you have any complaints, you can sh- I mean, you can tell me and we'll work around a date for everyone.

I can't open Google Maps for some reason, but these are the two possible locations. I'm preferring Mullet Key right now, but I'll leave it up to popular vote.
