Less than 2 months! We're slowly getting there. I definitely won't have my Celica going in time for this meet, but hopefully Stambo can make it and I'll just show up in the IS.

yeah, it's too big to just pull from the top and it's too big to pull out the bottom. so i had to unbolt the bracket it's on and then as it was lose pull the alternator up through the top. so yes it's a pain. right now i'm waiting on the right alternator to fit the bracket.

because you have 200 ****ing miles of coolant lines and air is trapped somewhere near Albuquerque.

you could build yourself an air bleed or two on the car though, find coolant tubes at the highest points and install a T fitting into it. use a vacuum pump to pull the air out and coolant into the system. thats how i fill chryslers and GM's at work that have air bleed nipples (like brake bleeders) and it works great!.

once you're sucking cooling out of the T fitting cap it with a rubber cap and a hose clamp and you should be all set or pretty close to it. of course circulate the system to be sure.

the fans and temp sensors are working correctly i assume?

also. **** yea! I'm probably more excited about this meet than i am about running tail of the dragon in late may.
