looks like it should fit, may have to mod the dash just a little, sounds too good to be true though

a friend of mine has something similiar, its basically a china made double din. he has it in his 240. it works but trim did need to modded because when it tilts open (to gain excess to cd, sd slots) the trim got in the way. overall you pay for wut you get. nothing compared to the higher end ones, but works good. gps works well, bluetooth connects to your phone. sound quality is decent, inorder to hook up a subwoofer you might need a 2 to 1 rc adapter. i found the biggest negative would be navigation through stuff, the menus are stuff are a bit lacking.

you need to do some mod on the panel, I got one similar, fully functional but never try camera . dont want to drill holes on my rear bumper...
