Were the Coupes sold all over the world? or were they just USDM?
I don't recall ever seeing a coupe celica here in NZ, only hatches, and most of our celicas come from Japan. Closest I've seen to one over here are Currens, which are quite common.

I would trade one of my coupes for a Curren. I didn't even know what a Curren was untill I got on here

So what exactly attracts you guys to the "curren" look? When I see a curren photo I am quickly reminded of a nissan 240.

You're right actually .. That might be why lol, I reckon the Nissan 240/Silvia are nice looking cars, Curren is kind of similar so it's a nice looking car too.

Prefer a Celica though, obviosuly tongue.gif

Agreed. You have my second-favorite coupe on the site, after Coomer's...you guys might be tied, actually, because I like your exterior more.

Thanks guys for the compliments. smile.gif It was Coomer's car that originally inspired me to do what I did and since then have been fond of owning my 6gc. Currently i'm thinking about installing new components for the brake system but that will have to wait till im done with my deployment.

I think coupes were made up until '97 or '98. I don't really remember which. Either way, I've personally owned a '96.
