Uhhhh.... what?

Between the lack of punctuation and the load of grammatical errors I can't understand what you're even asking. Can you please repost your question in clear and concise sentences?

OK, I think I can translate to english then back.

Could be power draw reason dome fuse fix due of chafed wire... maybe have sunroof?... have jump start every time? check battery might specific gravity under normal and dead cell another reason this happn... starter wired wrong this cause smoke there on wires smell smoke... burned insulation need new wire.... positive wire touch ground not good!

Well I tried......

sorry a lil drunk and pissed off at the damn car... the first problem was a power draw draining my battery... the power draw is coming from the dome somewhere i haven't really messed with it but the car now starts when its on the ON position and i dont even have to push in the clutch for it to just start right up, but when it dose it runs weird and it burned my old starter so i put a new one in there and its doing the same thing... i dont know whats wrong but basically i cant just start it and drive it and it was fine the day before when i was trying to find out where the power draw was at

Ah, you're in puyallup. I'm just down 410 in enumclaw.

So let me get this straight - you turn the key to ON and it starts? And it wasn't doing this before you started chacking for shorts? What all did you check? Are all of the fuses inside the dash fine? I would start by checking every fuse. Just because they look good doesn't mean they are.

Well sounds like you may have a bad ignition switch, if it starts when in the "ON" position rather than having to turn it to the "Start" position. And if this is happening, the starter will just stay engaged all the time and not last very long, might eff up your flywheel too. It may be the source of you battery drain too. Replace the ignition switch and check the actual rods that connect to it under the steering column.

i'm in pretty much the same hole... 6 years, about 16k deep, i'm having issues with the first of my two celicas... one's in the shop getting the 3S swap done (which i can barely afford, can't with all the bs going on now), the other one i got put COMPLETELY back together (gas tank forward, ground up) in just THREE days... i get back to the parking lot for the night, and the window refuses to go up for some reason, then i realize my gauges don't work, then she dies... won't start unless i have a jump, and dies when the cables are removed... replaced the alternator in the gutted celica (one without the engine swap) with the original alternator from the factory engine that was in the car before replacing it (5s replacing 5s)... i KNOW for a fact that alternator is good, it hasn't been sitting for that long (sat longer in the car when i was stationed in japan), and it was working PERFECTLY before i pulled the first factory engine... it's still having the exact same issue. runs great with jumper cables connecting me to another car, but the moment i disconnect the cables, she dies... before now (with the origional 5s that was in it) the wipers would randomly wipe and spray, and the wipers wouldn't work unless set to the fastest setting either.

right now, i have until sunday morning before the damn thing is impounded... :'(

i'm told it could be a shorting accessory wire, perhaps part of the wiring harness between the alternator and the main fuse panel... any advice is GREATLY appreciated...

A period here and there would help. Check your grounds.
