just some quick things

my splash gard is hanging off and i dont have the screws to put it all the way back on
should i leave it hanging of just take it off completely?
i was told taking it off would risk water splashing into my engine but theres nowhere for water to get in from the bottom...

i took out my stock antenna. i know to fill the hole with bondo or some sort of filler
but do i have to put anything on the inside of the fender?
i dont want to do it wrong, ya know?

my Celica has the GT engine and the GT breaks but no GT emblem on the rear hatch
Toyota on one side and Celica on the other.
im third owner so i dont realy know if its a different hatch or if someone did a conversion from an ST
anyone else have a GT thats like that?

as long as you dont have a long CAI the splash guards dont really matter IMO, but tis worth the time to just get some screws and screw it back on, or like i did grab some self tappers and make new holes.

And if you get bondo most of the time it comes with this stick "mesh" stuff that you put in the inside fenderwell, under the antenna hole. And you can just cover it with bondo. It will be fine, just dont leave it unpainted.
Or! and I think it looks better because i tried both. The antenna has a a black rubbery part that can come off of the stock antenna and its only a half inch tall or so, just fill the hole with something (i used caulk) and paint it black. and put it in the hole. It keeps it a nice accent and is not that huge ugly antenna smile.gif (thats hard to explain, but if you look at your antenna you will see the black piece I am talking about at the bottom, i can take a pic to show you mine too)

Not true at all.... I have a st and I have disc brakes in the back. Stock, this is correct... but a lot of us ST guys have swapped out the rear drums for disc brakes

Tails are whats called "nite shade" you can buy it at any auto store. Just make sure clean them good, and do light spray coats.

go with the s2000 antenna, that might be the best thing to do, i think. i was gonna bondo mine, wouldnt be a bad idea tho. i wouldnt wory about painting it either, if your broke like me lol. i covered up a bullet hole and pulled out a very big dent and ddnt paint them for some time, and they are fine to this day and its been about 6 months
