Hi

im due to pick my new car up next week , i live in northern ireland and the car is a japanese import st202 approx 1994/1995 model .

Does anyone know the body styling on the car ? the current owner bought the car from a guy who in turn bought it from an importer . The current owner never asked if it was fitted here in the uk or did it come this way.

Ive tried to search online but havent found anything .. Im pretty new to celicas , only toyotas ive owned are sw20 mr2 & ep82 starlet turbo .

many thanks racinsun2003@yahoo.co.uk

A little too "blocky" for my taste, but great buy on a kit that is pretty hard to come by....And its the first i've seen of it...but the rear is nice.

I don't recall seeing this kit before - actually prefer the rear which is more contoured than the front which is a bit too square for my taste. Is it silver?.....not sure if it's the light, but it looks a bit pinky on my screen. I notice you've already got clear side indicators - are the fronts regular pre facelift units a la ST202?

If so, you might like to consider changing them to my famous OEM style clears - this pic gives you a good idea. BTW this is I think my favourite Gen 6....

You'll find I'm pretty well known on the other Celica forums as well wink.gif

I kow what you mean but i wanted a daily driver that was different , ive been searching for a rare or limted edition celica and couldnt find anything apart from uk spec 25th limited edition , but they seem to be limited editon badges on the rear and that is really

May I also suggest late JDM rear lights which are nice subtle update which most people would agree with. These can also be easily fully de-Tango'd as well. Handy having a cousin in Japan, but I don't think these would work out much cheaper with shipping added.

All my lenses are made with my own hands in the U.K. They are exact copies of the originals only clear, so look as if they were fitted at the factory. Here's a better pic so you can see the detail, also shown is my 3rd brake lens which again sits very nicely on silver.

Oh yes seen these before on yahoo japan , along with the mr2 clear toblerones ( maybe you make & sell those too )

Maybe interested in those .. need to pick the car up first , cant get a day off work until sat wink.gif

I did buy myself updated rear lights 10,000 yen plus shipping , just last night.

I dnt think ill go crazy just update bts and pieces :

change rear lights
add a s/s header/ manifold
change seats
change s/w
maybe add clear lenses , as they look good wink.gif
maybe change wheels

Would have loved to install st205 brake calipers etc but my car is not superstrut and i have been advised they wouldnt fit unless i have super strut . frown.gif
