impact wrench on electric 12v. lol, please dont buy that. The jack might be good...

CRAP!!!!! they are super dooper tiny!! trust me if you get it you will think the same thing as me, how can that hold a celica up

the jack right? i would head to a garage sale I got mine for 2 bucks, works perfect (a little bigger than that, but same hydraulic type thing) i o to garage sales all the time, and see them sitting out of peoples garages that their wives are making them get rid of

i dont know much about impact wrenches.

the ones i usually see are 18v. thanks



you're talking about the jack right? i was thinking that the jack might be decent. our stock scissor jack can hold it



man, garage sale are hard to come by. i need to walk more often to see whats in my neighborhood.

a decent impact wrench uses air. It depends on your needs tough.

i just need for loosening tough bolts. i prefer hand tightning to proper torque.

The stock scissor jack is ment to just hold the car up to change a flat tire..I for one would NEVER be under my car with just the scissor holding it up.

Why not get a breaker bar? No compressed air or electricity needed!

there are places that a breaker bar don't do much help. and also, takes a few seconds to get the bolt out.

With a breaker bar and extension,u can get to just about everywhere...

Get the Harborfrieght race jack. So good for the money.

i can vouch for the electric impact. I have two. one 1/2 inch and another 1/4 inch.(snapon)
They work wonders!!!!

I lay under my car all the time with a scissor jack on each side lol, I just recently had it up on them for 5 days while i changed my k-frame.. they dont give out, im not even sure how they would, maybe with the exception if you pushed ur car from one side and it tipped over lol.
harbor freight has great! tools for a amateur (like my self) at a low price

Wow^^ Thats VERY unsafe,i never get under my car unless i have at least 2 jack stands under it, id rather not be stuck under my car and dieing slowly...

I personally have been witness to 3 scissor jacks failing,one was because it was at and angle and it bent and snapped the arm,the other 2 the jack physically just broke(we came out int he morning to fin the car sitting on the ground)

All that stuff is garbage. The only time i would use a jack that small is to support and engine while i change a motor mount. I would not want a small jack to hold up an entire car. When you have such a small jack lifting up a car to the highest settings can cause the jack to tip over. The bigger the jack the more and safer it can lift something heavy.

I own and use electric wrenches all the time. Its much faster to plug in an electric wrench then to wait for my big air compresses to fill up with air. I do however have a expensive Bosch electric wrench.

You guys have pretty much clarified the difference on the electric impact. A name brand one will be pretty good, but that piece of junk sold with the jack won't do much other than turn some screws.

i put jack stand under too but im always on a level surface on blacktop hydrolic jacks ive seen fail alot more , as they normally loose pressure after a few days .... but a lift is FTW any how lol

Lifts are by far the best,but 90% of ppl that own 6gcs don't have access to a lift to use at their leisure

You lifted your car up with scissor jacks.... and got underneath it. You have a death wish, end of story. You couldnt pay me to get underneath a car with scissor jacks holding it up. Hell in all honesty I dont even like getting under my car when its held up by my hydro jack, but scissor jacks.... Your smarter than that. I hope.

Wow, its like most of you guys dont use jackstands. I mean there is a reason they exist. I would never crawl under a car just supported by a jack alone, thats just stupid...
