put 2 new tires on the front and had the mechanic find my exhaust leak, turns out my exhaust took a crap because my motor mounts are bad. the excess travel from the bad mounts cracked my front pipe right by the flex.

Today i just got a visit from the state police about a minute ago. woke me up from sleeping and told me i was getting slapped with a
disorderly conduct.....

why you ask?

so did i ...



apparently it was illegal for me to blow my horn at deer near a residental house at 11 pm.

the lady called and complained that i woke her and her family up.

kind of rediculous in my opinion considering that i hit my horn for all of 2 seconds to scare the deer out of my way. .

whatever... 150 dollars later from now my celica will get some new brakes.

Decided to finally check that dizzy code after a fun day of driving while surging. Turns out the NE Pickup is bad. Got a reading, then didnt get a reading, then got one again, the shortly lost it. So after some research I have to get a whole dizzy cause I cant find a PN for that NE Pickup! Hopefully cleaning all my contacts will help a little till I get that taken care of. And on a plus note, the boot that wasnt torn is now torn....a slight tear, but lets hope it lasts through the week.

Got new brakes all around. Rotors/pads and drums/shoes.

drove the celi ~300 miles for work. no issue of course

Today i pulled the 7a out of my 94 so i can get it cleaned up and ready to drop in the 97 while i rebuild the 7a i take out
of it! Wooooooooooooooooooooot! progress if finally underway! (=

Found out that if you sit as low as i do and are trying to maneuver out of a spot you will hit a curb, but with your sideskirt, royally pissed

Today I got my IS back. Then I washed the entire car, waxed the front 1/3, and sanded my exhaust tip to make it nice and shiny again.

Curb raped one of my rims taking a corner. Pretty much hate myself. What is there to do now. No point fixing it i rekon... see how much i can flog off the rims for and buy something else.

taking my fenders off, hood and front bumper, going to put it back on properly, lining it up, and put the new hood hinges(thanks to culpable, and debating on whether to keep them black or paint them white) and put it all back on. also going to put a new splash guard under my front bumper seeing as how my old one broke apart and i pretty much zip tied it to keep it from falling.. oh well

well i went to the junk yard and went for side skirts didnt get those, but found a celica not even touched yet, so i took that the reinforcement straphome (i cant spell that word for crap) for the front bumper and the splash guard, it was different from my cars.. but yeah got those

today i bled my brakes after installing all new rotors calipers and pads in the rear and almost finished fixing my hand brake.

today i drove my car for the first time in 2 weeks. (i had to replace the front calipers and pads, and get the rotors machined. part store sent me the wrong driverside caliper, and had to order a new one. took forever, but its back! thank god!)

seafoamed,changed oil , tank full of gas good day!

put Rain-X on all my windows to help battle the morning dew, which turns into crazy fog when i use the wipers.. makes my drive to work crappy for the first 4 minutes. (and thats when i need to see the most. )

installed my custom front bumper, 08 elantra lip, and JDM tails onto my project car

I tried that. I found that parking somewhere so that your windshield is in the sun in the morning is the best solution.
